Magnificent and perfect setting and restaurants and bars close to the hotel. Good restaurant and very good service.

The venue was reasonably priced, I thoroughly enjoyed the location adjacent to Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman's Wharf as well as main roads, and ocean views. It was in a comfortable and perfect location with an east-west street nearby.

It was great value among other available hotels in San Francisco. That was reasonably priced and pretty standard hotel set in particularly good area. The rooms were nicely updated & functional with double beds. Even though the whole experience was really good, the bed in our room was not very comfortable. In the restaurant they served ethnic cuisine dishes.

Their breakfast was basic.

The location was excellent and perfect for walking around an east - west street. There were climate control and a kitchenette in the room, appreciated that.

The place turned out to be great value in comparison to other hotels. The venue was fairly clean and the staff were very very helpful. Liked the location also near cable car turn around. Moreover, it's close to many areas and the San Francisco Big Bus stop, a nice shop/restaurant district on Union and other attractions. The location was perfect and nice, with Abrazo nearby, where we could eat.

The hotel had indeed a comfortable and decent location on MUNI bus line 45-Free parking outside of room-rare in SF.

The location of the hotel was comfy and decent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cow Hollow. And the area was very nice, just off remarkable bakeries and also good restaurants. Enjoyed the room with interesting features, my bed was comfortable. The facilities were good!

the unit we got was extremely pleasant with bedrooms, soap, nice bathroom. the location in a particularly good area was magnificent and there were a bakery and a supermarket nearby.

Convenient location near the wharf, Chinatown, and bay area. Helpful staff who assisted with luggage and provided tour information. Good WiFi and cable TV. Close to Lombard Street and cafes. Option for parking and mini kitchenette available. Good value for money.

Felt like royalty, nothing too much trouble.

Basically very quiet. I go to PHI also because it feels safe there. Parking is in a safe area and there is someone on duty all night.
